We use CCBill as our alternative payment processor. Credit card or bank statement, you can cancel a transaction from service site https://support.ccbill.com/. You can cancel a transaction by sending an email to consumersupport@ccbill.com or call 1-888-596-9279

Please be sure your membership was canceled successfully. You will receive the e-mail notification. If you didn't received the notification, your membership hasn't been canceled successfully.
